摘要
目的:研究马兰的化学成分。方法:利用各种硅胶柱色谱分离方法反复分离纯化,用各种波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从马兰中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为达玛二烯醇乙酸酯(1),木栓酮(2),木栓醇(3),β-香树脂醇(4),α-香树脂醇(5),羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(6)β-谷甾醇(7),α-波菜甾醇(8),α-波菜甾酮(9),豆甾醇(10),胡萝卜苷(11)。结论:化合物4~6,8~11为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the constituents of Kalimeris indica. Method: The constituents were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and the spectral data analysis. Result: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as dammaradienyl acetate ( 1 ), friedelin (2), friedelinol ( 3 ), β-amyrin ( 4 ), α-amyrin ( 5 ), lupenyl acetate ( 6 ), β-sitosterol ( 7), α-spinasterol ( 8 ), α-spinasterone ( 9 ), stigmasterol ( 10 ), daucosterol ( 11 ). Conclusion : Compounds 4-6, 8-11 were isolated from the genus Kalimeris for the first time.
