摘要
以小麦杂种F1代和部分亲本单核中晚期的花药为材料,研究了不同杂交组合、不同培养基等几个因素对F1花粉植株再生的影响。试验结果表明:F1花粉植株再生频率在不同组合之间存在显著性差异;植物生长调节剂4PU-30和C17、K3、W143种培养基对花药的花粉出愈率、绿苗分化率和绿苗产量也产生影响,这些影响存在组合间的差异。在对F1代父母本的调查中发现,花粉植株的再生能力与两个亲本密切相关,有的还与父母本的互作效应有关,经测算,“扬麦5号”是一般配合力较高的亲本材料。因此,选择适当的杂交组合是提高小麦花粉植株再生频率的关键。
Anthers from F 1 hybrid spikes and some parents spikes at the mid to late uninucleate stage were cultured to study the effect of cross combinations on green plantlet regeneration rate of wheat.The effect of plant growth regulator 4PU 30 and three types of medium (C 17 ,K 3 and W 14 )on callus induction frequency,green plantlet regeneration frequency and green plantlet yield were different among various combinations.Regeneration frequency of pollen derived plants related not only to the parents but also to the interaction effect of the parents.It was found that “Yangmai 5” was a parent material with high general combining ability.It was discussed that cross combination is the key factor to increase the green plantlet regeneration rate of wheat.
