摘要
提出了一种适用于浮地输出Buck型HB-LED驱动器的恒流控制方法,详细分析了这种新型控制方法恒流Buck变流器的工作原理,通过控制电感峰值电流和电感电流纹波量恒定来达到输出电流平均值恒定的目的。以UC3843控制的75W Buck恒流变流器为例进行了实验研究,该变流器能够获得宽输出电压范围内约±3%的恒流精度,满足HB-LED驱动的性能要求。
A new constant output current control is proposed for the output floating Buck converter in this paper, which provides a simple constant-current driver for HB-LED. The operation principle of the floating Buck converter with proposed control is presented in detail, through the constant average output current when the peak current and the ripple current of inductor are constant. The design principle and method of the proposed constant-current Buck converter based on UC3843 PWM controller are presented. Laboratory experimental results from a 75 W prototype are given to verify the validity and effectiveness. The converter meets the performance requirements of HB-LED driver with +3% current accuracy in the wide output voltage range.
