摘要 根据国家和地方人防法规的要求,设计并实现了人防电子地图系统。系统采用基于C/S与B/S混合的体系结构,通过MapInfo地图编辑和基于MapXtreme2004中间件的编程,解决了最短路径查询、人防预案评估、空间分析与鹰眼图等关健问题。采用表单验证和Session认证机制相结合、基于角色的访问控制等安全机制保证了系统的可靠性。系统运行稳定可靠,完全满足人防管理与应急指挥的要求。 According to the request of national and local civil-air-defense regulations, it designed and implemented the civilair-defense electronic map system. This system used the integrated structure based on C/S and B/S, realized the key problems such as the shortest path searching,counterplan evaluation,spatial analysis and the eagle eye by the technologies of MapInfo map editing and middleware programming based on MapXtreme2004. It ensures the system's security with the safety strategies includes forms and Session mechanisms and the role-based access control. This system runs stably and satisfies the requirements of the civ- il-air-defense management and emergency command fully.
