摘要
介绍了采用高性能32位处理器MPC5534设计的基于压电喷油器的电子控制单元(E-CU)。设计中主要采用了基于电子产品可靠性设计的如电磁兼容设计、热设计、降额设计等思想,以解决压电喷油器驱动电路中的高电压、大电流带来的电磁辐射和热负荷以及关键元器件的寿命等问题。实验表明,该系统能够满足压电式喷油器多次喷射的要求。
In this paper, an electronic control unit based on 32-bit MCU MPC5534 and piezoelectric injector was designed to realize multiple injections in a cycle. In order to solve the problems of EMI, high heat load, the failure of key components caused by high voltage and high current in the piezoelectric injector driving circuit, electromagnetic compatibility design, thermal design and derating design methods were used. The designed ECU was tested and proofed on test bed for 5 times injection.
