植物病原真菌致病性的分子基础解析

Molecular Base of Fungal Phytopathogenicity

病原真菌是引起植物病害的一类重要的病原微生物。该文综述了近年来国内外开展病原真菌致病性分子机理研究的最新进展；评述了真菌致病基因研究的策略和方法；报道了用分子生物学方法解析真菌对植物的吸附、侵入、定殖和扩展过程的研究结果，并展望了该领域的研究前景。

Pathogenetic fungi is a type of important microorganism causing plant diseases. This paper reviews new advances of molecular mechanism of fungal pathogenicity. Work strategies and approaches to isolate and clone fungal pathogenetic genes are commented, and the results of studies on adhension, penetration, colonization and expansion of fungi in the host plant with molecular biological techniques are reported. At last, further studies of this area are also discussed.
