从秋后算账到指点迷津:绩效管理的战略转移 被引量:30

摘要 目前,我国大多数企业实施的是评估型绩效考核方式。本文认为,这种考核方式有利于激发员工的工作动力,提高员工和组织的绩效,但其积极效应正随着改革的不断深入而逐渐消失。为实现可持续发展,企业应该更加重视发展型考核,最终实现由评估型向发展型绩效考核的战略转移。
