乳腺癌患者外周血25羟基维生素D测定及临床意义 被引量:17

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌与外周血25羟基维生素D的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(EIASA)测定外周血25羟基维生素D水平。结果:乳腺癌患者外周血25羟基维生素D与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移的患者血清钙水平明显低于无淋巴结转移的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与组织学类型和临床分期无关。在基因亚型分型中Basal-like组(三阴性乳腺癌)与各类型间差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外周血25羟基维生素D与乳腺癌之间有着密切的联系,并可作为预测乳腺癌转移与预后的重要参考指标。
