摘要
冠心病已经成为危害全人类健康的常见病及多发病．发病率呈上升趋势．并且发病年龄越来越年轻。青年冠心病（〈45岁）与老年人不同，有其自身特点．大多无先兆，起病急，多数以急性心肌梗死就诊，甚至猝死。现就本院近1年收治的80例青年冠心病的临床特点进行分析。
