针对煤矿主扇无功负荷变化提高功率因数方法的探讨

摘要 煤矿电力系统中感性负荷大,功率因数不高,大功率主扇运行状态变化对功率因数影响较大,功率因数不稳定,针对以上情况,根据拖动主扇运行的同步电动机的特点,对其可控励磁装置进行改进,使同步电动机的励磁电流随着负荷的大小而变化,恰当地补偿无功功率,提高了功率因数及稳定性。 In the system of the electric power of coal mine, the emotional load is big, the power factor is low ,and the main fan of high power's change has a relatively great impact on power factor, which making it unsteadiness. Based on the above-mentioned situation and the characteristics of synchronous motor, the controllable excitation device has achieved an improving, and making automatic adjustment of the excitation current for synchronous motor with the changes in load change, appropriate compensation achieved reactive power ,which had guaranteed the stability of power factor for improvement.
