摘要
车架是全地形车的主要承载部件,用Pro/E对全地形车的车架进行实体建模,应用其Pro/ME-CHANICA有限元分析模块进行应力、变形分析和模态分析,验证车架设计的合理性,为全地形车车架的优化设计和进一步研究提供了理论设计依据。
The flame is very important part of ATV, The 3D modeling of ATV frame is built up with the Pro/E, then export to thesoftware Pro/MECHANICA, which is used for structure analysis. According to the analysis of the stress, deformation of the frame, and modal analysis determine the vibration characteristics. So the design of frame is verified. Some principles are put forward contributing to the preliminary design modification of the ATV frame.
