摘要
提出了利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对木材干燥窑建立三维稳态的CFD模型,进行了数值模拟计算,并用所做的实验数据对模拟结果进行了分析验证,通过比较验证了所采用的模型的可行性和准确性,进一步预测了风机给定不同气流速度对干燥窑的气流分布的影响。结果显示:气流速度为3m/s时,干燥窑内气流分布更均匀,且速度分布均满足要求。
Three dimension model of wood drying kiln is simulatedused commercial software of CFD (Compulational Fluid Dynamics) , FLUENT in this paper.With results of simulation compared with experimental data have done,the feascbility and veracity of numerical simulation by software of FLUENT to wood drying kiln is validated.Then internal air velocity distribution in different circulation velocities are forecasted.The simulation results showed that the uniformity of airflow distribution is better when airflow velocity is 3m/s.
