摘要
本文分析比较了10个甘蔗组合F1代的光合特征及其与叶绿素、产量的关系。结果表明,甘蔗F1代的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(E)等光合参数组合间和组合内都是高度分离的,从而证明了甘蔗F1代进行高光效筛选是可行的。而甘蔗叶绿素(chl)、叶绿素a(chla)、叶绿素b(chlb)与净光合速率(Pn)的显著正相关性,说明了叶片的叶绿素含量可作为光合筛选的辅助筛选指标。
The characteristic of photosynthesis and chlorophyll contents in sugarcane F1(10 cross combination) and their relationship were analyzed. The results indicated that the parameters of photosynthesis such as leaf net photosynthetic rate, leaf vaporization rate were all highly separated in inter-cross and among crosses. These prove that it is possible to screen high photosynthesis plant in sugarcane F1. Because of the remarkable positive correlation between leaf net photosynthesis rate and chlorophyll(chl), chlorophyll a(chla), chlorophyll b(chlb), the chlorophyll contents of sugarcane leaf was considered as an aided index of photosynthesis screening.
