不锈钢材料攻丝的解决方法研究

Research on Solution of Stainless Steel Tapping

不锈钢材料由于在生产加工过程中其切削性能较差,特别是散热、排屑不方便的钻孔、攻丝的操作时更加困难。本文主要介绍在不绣钢材料攻丝过程中,关于丝锥结构的选用及修磨、采用涂有TiN涂层的丝锥、从工艺角度保证不锈钢的攻丝效果和改进攻丝方法等方面的经验和技巧。

Stainless steel production process due to its poor cutting, especially in heat, chip removal inconvenient drilling, tapping operation more difficnlt.This paper describes stainless steel tapping process, with regard to the structure of selection and tap grinding using coated with TiN coated tap, from the process tapping point of view of stainless steel to ensure the effectiveness and improvement of methods of tapping the experience and skills.
