摘要
应用质量-数量性状的遗传分析方法,研究大豆异黄酮含量的遗传。结果显示,在3个杂交组合中,籽粒中异黄酮含量具有质量-数量性状的遗传特点,由一个主效基因和若干微效基因共同控制;在主效基因遗传效应中,同时存在加性和显性效应,且各组合的加性和显性效应不同。微效基因的遗传变异亦因组合而异,约为主效基因变异的1/17-1/3。
Inheritance of isoflavone content in soybean seeds was investigated by the genetic model of qualitative-quantitative (Q-Q) traits. Results indicated that isoflavone content was a typical Q-Q trait controlled by a major gene as well as polygenes. In the major gene effect, there existed additive effect and dominant effect, and different in various crosses. Genetic variation caused by ploygenes also varies with crosses, which was about one seventeenth to one third of the genetic variation of the major gene.
