摘要 本文重点阐述了欧盟对塑料类食品接触材料质量控制要求及检测技术。包括欧盟对塑料类食品接触材料的总迁移量和特定迁移量限量要求以及相应的检测技术特点。 Review was given to the quality controlling and inspection techniques for plastic materials in contact with food in EU. Overall migration limits and special migration limits were depicted and the respond inspection technique were prescribed briefly.
