系统阐述了美国法规对塑料类食品接触材料的管理特点。包括对良好生产规范的要求、对主要原材料即聚合物的要求,对辅助材料如粘合剂、涂料及加工助剂等的要求等,并对其管理特点进行了分析。
Systematically reviewed the characteristcs for plastic food contact substances of USA. Including the rules for polymer resins, adhesives, coating and the auxiliary materials in processing. The features of the laws were analyzed.
