摘要
为了配合杂交水稻雄性不育诱导剂保纯灵的应用技术研究,探讨了保纯灵对光温敏核不育水稻生理生化的影响.试验结果表明:经保纯灵处理的光温敏核不育水稻衡农S-1和培矮64S两种材料的叶片和颖花核酸总含量均降低,叶片酸溶性无机磷含量降低,而颖花中含量增加;叶片和幼穗游离脯氨酸含量降低,可溶性蛋白质含量首先表现增加,随后降低,可溶性糖含量增加;衡农S-1叶片和颖花细胞色素氧化酶活性均增加,而培矮64S叶片细胞色素氧化酶活性增加,颖花中该酶活性首先增加随后降低;衡农S-1叶片和颖花过氧化物酶活性均降低,而培矮64S叶片和颖花中,该酶活性首先增加随后降低.此外,光温诱导的培矮64S不育株颖花过氧化物酶活性极显著地高于可育株的酶活性,光温诱导雄性不育与化学杂交剂诱导雄性不育过程中颖花过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶活性也表现出明显的差异.
Results obtained from experiments show that,when treated with BCL (Baochunling),some increases and decreases happen to the physio biochemical characters of Hengnong S 1 and Pei′ai 64S,both of which are TPGMSR(thermo photo sensitive genic male sterility rice).The increases in the physio biochemical characters of the two are:acid soluble inorganic phosphorus contents in spikelets,soluble carbohydrate contents in both leaves and young heads.Also,activities of COX increase in leaves and spikelets of Hengnong S 1 and in leaves of pei′ai 64S.The decreases in the physio biochemical characters of the two are as follows:DNA and RNA contents in leaves and spikelets,acid soluble inorganic phosphorus contents in leaves,free proline contents in leaves and young heads.The peroxidase activities decrease in leaves and spikelets of Hengnong S 1 too.Some increases happen followed by decreases,such as:the contents of soluble protein in leaves and young panickles.The COX activities in spikelets of Pei′ai 64S and peroxidase activities in both leaves and spikelets of Pei′ai 64S also increase first and decrease subsquently.What′s more,the activities of POD in spikelets of TP GMSR is significantly higher than that in the fertility ones.The spikelet′s peroxidase activities differ greatly when treated with thermo photo male sterility method and chemical hybrid sterility method respectively.This also happens to spikelets′ cytochrome oxidase activities.
