人工模拟杀菌剂绿帝对8种植物病原菌的室内生测

A BIOASSAY OF LüDI (AN ARTIFICIAL SYNTHETIC FUNGICIDE) ON EIGHT KINDS OF PATHOGENS OF PLANT DISEASE

绿帝为人工模拟的拟银杏杀菌剂。１０％的绿帝乳油对苹果腐烂病菌、苹果干腐病菌、苹果轮纹病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、番茄叶霉病菌、番茄早疫病菌、小麦纹枯病菌和棉花枯萎病菌ＥＧ５０分别为１７．５５μｌ／Ｌ、２６．７８μｌ／Ｌ、６２．１３μｌ／Ｌ、２１．７０μｌ／Ｌ、５２．２２μｌ／Ｌ、３１．２９μｌ／Ｌ、７．２２μｌ／Ｌ和４０．８６μｌ／Ｌ，对上述病原菌表现出突出的抑菌作用。１０％的绿帝乳油２８４μｌ／Ｌ和５６８μｌ／Ｌ分别对苹果腐烂病菌和苹果干腐病菌具有杀菌作用。

Lüdi is a kind of new synthesized fungicide according to the simulation of the structure of active compound in Gingko (Ginkgo biloba L.). The EC 50 of 10% Lüdi to Valsa mali Miyabe et Yamada, Botryosphaeria dothidea (Moug. et Fr.) Ces . et de Not, Physalospora piricola Nose, Botrytis cinerea Pers. Fulvia fulva (Cooke ) Cif., Alternaria solani (Ellis et Martin) Jones et Grout ,Rhizoctonia cerealis V. Hoven, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum (Atk.) Snyder et Hansen were 17.55μl/L, 26.78μl/L,62.13μl/L,21.70μl/L, 52.22μl/L,31.29μl/L, 7.22μl/L and 40.86μl/L respectively. 10% Lüdi had obvious inhibitive effect on the pathogens mentioned above . Valsa madi miyabe et Yamada and Botryosphaeria dothidea (Moug. et. Fr) Ces . et de Not. were completely killed by Ludi at the concentrations of 284μl/L and 568μl/L respectively.
