安非他酮在抑郁障碍治疗中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 抑郁障碍是一种常见疾病，也是世界上排名第4位导致残疾的原因，以显著而持久的心境低落为主要临床特征．多数病例有反复发作倾向。据世界卫生组织（WHO）估计．至2020年，神经精神疾病将是中国第一大疾病负担。占中国疾病负担的15．5％，而抑郁症占所有神经精神疾病负担的45％。近数十年来，精神药理学的发展，为抑郁障碍的治疗开辟了一片美好的前景，
