新生儿左侧基底节区梗塞伴出血1例
摘要
患儿男，3d。因“抽搐伴皮肤黄染1d”于2008年9月25日人院。患儿系G3P2，足月顺产，出生体重3800g。无产伤窒息史。入院前1d前出现反复抽搐7次。表现为右上肢握拳强直，右下肢屈曲抖动，每次持续数秒钟至数分钟不等，可自行缓解，发作间歇期有活动及进食，期间测体温均正常，伴有皮肤黄染。入住本科。人院查体：体温37．2℃，
