老年下肢动脉疾病踝臂指数与颈动脉粥样硬化、超敏C反应蛋白的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨老年下肢动脉疾病患者踝臂指数(ABI)与颈动脉粥样硬化、超敏C反应蛋白的关系。方法:将66例老年患者按照ABI的不同,分为两组:A组为下肢动脉疾病组25例,B组为非下肢动脉疾病组41例,分别测定颈动脉粥样硬化斑块程度、超敏C反应蛋白。结果:随着ABI值升高,颈动脉粥样硬化斑块分级程度、超敏C反应蛋白降低,A组>B组(P<0.05)。结论:老年下肢动脉疾病患者ABI降低与颈动脉粥样硬化、超敏C反应蛋白发展有密切关系,颈动脉粥样硬化和超敏C反应蛋白可早期预测下肢动脉疾病,适当升高ABI,降低超敏C反应蛋白水平可减缓老年下肢动脉疾病的发生发展。
