摘要
取45周龄罗曼蛋鸡768只,随机分为2组(每组设四个重复,每个重复96只)。在自由采食、饮水和16小时光照条件下,分别饲喂添加0(对照组)、750mg/kg甜菜碱(试验组)的玉米-豆粕型饲粮10周。结果发现,试验组产蛋率比对照组提高了11.23%(P<0.01),料蛋比降低了8.37%(P<0.01),而蛋重和日采食量均无明显变化(P>0.05);血清总蛋白、白蛋白和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量分别升高了40.99%(P<0.01)、40.23%(P<0.01)和38.99%(P<0.05),而尿酸含量下降了20.28%(P<0.05)。上述结果提示:甜菜碱通过促进体内蛋白质合成,降低蛋白质分解,而提高产蛋率和饲料利用率。
768 ROM laying hens of about 45 weeks of age were randomly distributed into 2 groups each with 4 replicates of 96 layers. The layers were given a hasal corn-soybean meal diet alone or with betaine 750mg/kg for a period of 10 weeks. Feed and water were provided for ad libitum consumption and the birds received 16h light/day. Results indicated that betaine suplementation significantly increased laying rate (P<O. 01 ) by 11. 23%, and significantly decreased feed/egg ratio (P<O. 01 ) by 8. 37% as compared with control, but egg weight and daily feed Intake were unaffected. Betaine suplementation significantly improved serum concentrations of total protein, albumen, and vary low density lipoprotein-cholesterol by 40. 99% (P<0. 01 ), 40. 23% (P<0. 01 ), and 38. 99% (P<O. 05), respevtively, but uricacid concentraton was significantly reduced by 20. 28% (P<0. 05). These results suggested that betaine supplementation could increase laying rate and feed efficiency by promoting synthesis of protein and reducing degradation of protein.
