基于管理熵的“数字九寨沟”综合绩效评价研究

Study on Comprehensive Performance Appraisal for "Digital Jiuzhaigou" Based on the Management Entropy

对"数字九寨沟"综合绩效进行评价具有重要意义。但是,传统的绩效评价方法主要运用静态和线性技术对目标对象进行分析,并不能全面、动态地反映评价对象的现状和发展趋势,应用这些方法对作为复杂巨系统的九寨沟景区的管理有序度和发展态势进行评价存在不足。为解决上述问题,本文在管理熵理论的指导下,革新传统绩效评价方式,结合实际情况对传统评价指标进行取舍,运行管理熵函数对企业绩效进行定量计算和分析,构建了基于管理熵的综合绩效评价体系。通过管理熵值的计算,该评价方法系统地揭示了"数字九寨沟"对景区管理序度和发展趋势的影响。

It is of important significance to evaluate the comprehensive performance of ＂ Digital Jiuzhaigou＂. But traditional evaluation approach mainly employs linearity technique for analysis and cannot reflect the present situation and development trends of the evaluation object in an overall and dynamic way . To solve the above-mentioned problem, we try to innovate the traditional performance appraisal approach, apply management entropy function to make quantitative calculation and analysis of the performance of enterprises and construct comprehensive performance appraisal system under the guidance of the theory of management entropy. This appraisal approach system systematically discloses the impact of ＂ Digital Jiuzhaigou＂ on the management order of the scenic area and development trends.
