天芝草胶囊对阿霉素的减毒作用研究

Attenuation Effect of Tianzhicao Capsules on Doxorubicin Induced Toxicity

目的:研究天芝草胶囊对阿霉素的减毒作用。方法:给予肝癌H22荷瘤小鼠天芝草胶囊和阿霉素,观察小鼠生长状况,并考察给药后小鼠心电图、心肌酶谱和心肌形态的变化。结果:天芝草胶囊可对抗阿霉素所致心室动作电位除极不同步,抑制血清乳酸脱氢酶的升高,对抗阿霉素导致的心肌损伤。结论:天芝草胶囊对阿霉素具有减毒作用。

OBJECTIVE： To search the attenuation action of Tianzhicao capsules on doxorubicin induced toxicity. METHODS： Hepatoma H22 tumor-beating mice were administrated with Tianzhicao capsules and doxorubicin orally. Then the growth of mice, changes in electrocardiogram （ECG）, myocardial enzymes and myocardial morphological changes were determined after administra- tion. RESULTS： Tianzhicao capsules were not in synchronism with the action potential depolarization in ventricular muscle and car- diac injury induced by doxorubicin.Tianzhicao capsule also inhibited the increase of serum LHD and doxorubicin-induced cardiac injury. CONCLUSION： Tianzhicao capsules show attenuation effect on doxorubicin-induced toxicity.
