摘要 目的:研究和胃消痞合剂的制备工艺与质量控制方法。方法:采用原方大部分药材水提醇沉、部分醇提,然后混匀配制成合剂。采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中三七、白芍、蒲公英、延胡索进行定性鉴别。结果:所得制剂性质稳定,在TLC中能检出三七、白芍、蒲公英、延胡索。结论:该制剂处方配伍合理,制备工艺简单,质控方法简便,为制剂质量控制提供了实用可行的方法。 OBJECTIVE: To study the preparation and quality control methods of Hewei xiaopi mixture. METHODS: Water extracting-alcohol precipitating was applied for the extraction of majority of drugs and partial drugs were extracted by ethanol extract technology. Then the extractive was mixed to prepare mixture. TLC was used to identify Panax notoginseng, Paevnia lactiflora, Taraxacum mongolicurn and Corydalis yanhusuo included in prescription. RESULTS: The preparation was stable in property. P notoginseng, P lactiflora, T. mongolicum and C. yanhusuo can be identified by TLC. CONCLUSION : The prescription is characterized with rational compatibility, simple preparation and quality control method, which is suitable for quality control of preparation.
