辣椒的药理作用研究进展 被引量：22

摘要 辣椒Capsicum annuum L．是茄科（Solanaceae）辣椒属（Capsicum）植物，又名番椒、海椒、棒椒、红辣椒、辣子、辣茄等，以果实、根和茎枝入药。是一种药食同源的植物，原产于南美洲。全世界有近1／4的人口经常食用辣椒：中国、印度、西班牙等困都是世界著名的辣椒产地。
