摘要
黄土丘陵沟壑区第三副区是人口较密集的地区,也是水土流失严重的地区。通过对该区自然条件及山坡地土地利用特点、分布状况及存在问题的分析．提出了解决问题的具体措施。
By way of research on the natural conditions, slope land utilization characters,distribution status and existent problems, the material measures of resolving problem were putforward in 3rd Sub-region of Loess Plateau with larger population density and serious soil andwater loss.
