利用分子标记辅助选择选育中等直链淀粉含量的籼型三系不育系H22A 被引量:9

摘要 用高直链淀粉含量的珍汕97B与中等直链淀粉含量的优质保持系贵9B杂交,F4代选择优良单株与金23A测交并逐代回交转育,在BC1F1和BC5F1用PCR-AccⅠ分子标记对控制中等直链淀粉含量的基因型(TT基因型,产生460bp纯合带)进行辅助选择,选育出了综合农艺性状优良、不育性彻底、直链淀粉含量中等的三系籼型不育系H22A,并于2008年在贵阳通过贵州省科技厅组织的技术鉴定。 Developed by way of molecular marker-assisted selection, H22A is a new indica-type CMS line with medium amylose content (AC) in rice. In its breeding, firstly, a cross was made between Zhenshan 97B, a high combining ability maintainer line with high AC, and Gui 9B, a fine grain quality maintainer line with intermediate AC. Then, some elite plants in the F4 generation were selected from those lines with fine grain quality (no or less chalkiness) to testcross with Jin 23A. In subsequent successive used to help select the genotypes with medium amylose content BC5F1. H22A was technically identified in Guizhou Province in in this paper. backcrossing, the molecular marker PCR-Acc I was (Genotype TT, with a 460 bp band) in BC1F1 and 2008, and its major characteristics were introduced in this paper.
