摘要
钢包滑动水口(SN)机构是炼钢厂不可缺少的浇钢设备,介绍了宝钢250t钢包SN机构及相关系统在改造中所采用的适应性技术的情况,并通过详细数据分析了改造所取得的经济效益。本改造项目所取得的经验将为其它大型钢包SN机构的改造提供有益借鉴。
The present paper introduces the adaptability technology adopted in the revamp of the slide gate mechanism and related systems of the250t ladle in Baosteel and analyzes the economic efficiencies achieved in the revamp project on the basis of the numerous data. The experience achieved in the revamp project can be used as an useful reference for the revamp of the slide gate mechanism of the large ladle.
