连铸过程板坯展宽与结晶器设置的研究

Research on slab broadening and mould setting

根据板坯连铸机的生产实际情况，对铸坯的展宽与结晶器设置关系进行研究。通过将5个连铸工厂结晶器设置数据的调查结果与连铸设计规范进行比较，发现连铸过程铸坯的展宽现象在各厂普遍存在；从初生坯壳到冷坯，铸坯宽度的变化是收缩与展宽相抵的结果；铸坯的表观收缩率为线收缩率与目标展宽率的差；5个连铸工厂铸坯的表观收缩率范围为：0．47％～2．16%；目标展宽率范围：0．34％～2．03％。

The relation between slab broadening and mould size setting is studied on the basis of the actual production in several continuous casting manufactures. By compari- son of the results of investigation in the mould setting data of 5 continuous casting plants with the design handbook of the continuous caster it＇s found out that the broadening phenomenon of slab exists extensively in the continuous casting process in the five continuous casting plants; and the change of the slab width is the outcome of compensation of broadening of a slab with its shrinkage in the period from initial occurrence of shell to the formation of the solidified strand; and the apparent shrinkage ratio of a slab is the difference between the linear shrinkage and the ultimate broadening of the slab; and the ratio of ultimate broadening of slab for the five investigated plants ranges from 0. 34% to 2.03% and the ratio of apparent shrinkage from 0.47% to 2. 16%.
