正交试验法优化超稠油水平井界限参数 被引量:13

摘要 辽河油区D块为超稠油油藏,具有埋藏浅、油层薄、原油黏度高等特点,只有采用水平井蒸汽吞吐,才能取得一定的较好开发效果。由于油井开发效果受诸多储层条件的交互影响,在使用数值模拟手段评价时,传统的作法只能建立在对单一指标对开发效果影响分析的基础上,无法知道因素间的交互作用给开发指标造成的影响。文中运用正交试验法,针对影响水平井吞吐产量的油藏地质参数进行了多因素交互分析,找出影响因素的主次顺序,给出了水平井主要设计参数的界限图版,在提高开发井产能方面取得了明显效果。 Block D is a super-heavy oil reservoir in Liaohe Oilfield, which has the features of shallow, thin layer and high viscosity, etc. Only Cyclic Steam Stimulation(CSS) method isused in such reservoir can better development effect be reached. For the interaction effects of reservoir physical factors, when numerical simulation method is used in evaluation, the traditional approach can only be used based on the analysis of development effects for single index. There is no way to know the interaction effects between factors to the development index. Using the orthognnal test method and aiming at geological parameters of the reservoir which affects the CSS of horizontal well, this paper analyzed the interaction effects and had found out the orders of the affecting factors. It also gives out the horizontal well design chart of the main design parameters. The obvious result has been made in improving horizontal well production.
