摘要
绩效管理是人力资源管理体系中的核心内容,它是一个事前计划、事中管理和事后考核所形成的三位一体的系统。阐述绩效管理的内涵,分析监狱绩效管理的现状,提出构建监狱绩效管理系统的思路,并据此设计相应的软件模型。监狱绩效管理系统的构建对监狱的持续发展具有重要意义,能使监狱民警整体素质得到提升,为监狱执行刑罚和改造罪犯奠定坚实的人力资源基础。
Performance management is the core content of the human resources management system. It is a system composed of pre-plan, management in procedure and evaluation finally. The paper describes the meaning of the performance management and analyzes the present state of the prison performance management. Then it proposed the thoughts of building the prison performance management and the way to build the software. To build it is of great significance to the prison's sustainability, and it also can enhance the overall quality of Prison Police. It lays a solid human resource foundation for the prison to execute sentences and rehabilitation of offenders.
