摘要
运用单因子方差分析法设计直读光谱仪分析不同加工方法(不同水平)形成的304钢种的试样表面Cr、Ni等9个元素测试方法并对结果进行处理。对不同水平下的光谱分析数据在显著性水平α=0.05上是否存在差异进行了分析与探讨。
The testing of OES measurement among 304 steelsample surfaces formed by different processing methods is used the single-factor analysis of variance to design. Then the single-factor analysis of variance to finish the data processing is used. Finally discuss whether the data has difference among different processing methods when the significance level ( α ) equals 0. 05 based on the result.
