摘要
某石化公司集油箱支撑梁是用不锈钢制造的,经过8个月运行后,发现在支撑梁的局部部位产生了严重的腐蚀。通过对支撑梁的材质的化学成份分析,发现支撑梁选材不当;通过对支撑梁的的金相组织和腐蚀部位附着物的分析,判定支撑梁发生腐蚀的主要原因是小孔腐蚀或者点腐蚀;通过对小孔腐蚀发生机理的分析,提出了预防小孔腐蚀发生的建议。
Support beam for oil sump tank is made of stainless steel in the some petrochemical company; it is found that part of support beam has been corroded after operating for eight months. By analysis the chemistry composition of support beam, material of support beam is not what it should be. After analysis metallographic structure of support beam and appendiculate material in corrosion pit of support beam, importance reason why part of support beam has been corroded is small-hole corrosion or pit corrosion. At the same, some usage suggestions against generating support beam corroded are put forward during discussing and analysis the mechanism of small-hole corrosion.
