摘要
较长的取芯筒可以进行水平段大段取芯作业,取芯钻具通过曲率段时会发生较大的弯曲变形、承受较大的弯曲应力,建立了取芯组合钻具受力变形分析的三维有限元模型,应用ANSYS软件的大变形、接触非线性理论,对不同曲率井段的取芯筒长度进行了优选,为取芯钻具的通过能力评价提供了新的研究方法。
The longer rock core can be taken by long coring tube in the horizontal well,but coring tube will occur bending deformation and bear greater bending stress through the curvature. Three-dimensional finite element model is established to analyze the load and the deformation of coring tube with large deformation and non-linear contact theory of ANSYS software. The length of the coring tube is optimized at different curvature non-linear contact theory of ANSYS software. The length of the coring tube is optimized at different curvature and a new passing ability assessment study method is provided.
