摘要
利用高温超导量子干涉仪(SQUID),测量人体胸前36个测量点的磁场强度数据。通过线性插值和高阶拟合的方法,绘制出人体心脏各个时刻的等磁图。利用MATLAB软件,采用盒维数的计算方法,计算出健康者和心脏病患者等磁图的分形维数。结果表明,健康者与心脏病患者等磁图的分形维数存在明显差异,为心脏病的诊断提供了一种新的思路和方法。
The data of MCG-signal on the thirty six points in the front of breast are measured by SQUID. Three-dimensional MCG is plotted by the way of bilinear interpolation and higher fitting. The fractal dimension of healthy men MCG and cardiopath MCG are figured out by the box-counting dimension counting method using MATLAB. The result shows that there is significant difference between healthy men fractal dimension and cardiopath fractal dimension. So the fractal dimension could be a new method and clue to diagnosis cardiopathy.
