摘要
当LNG储罐内罐泄漏时低温液体直接与外罐混凝土接触,使外罐内壁与外壁之间形成明显的温差。分析了超低温作用引起的内外温差对整个结构内力的影响,得到了储罐外壁在超低温作用下温度分布规律及其变形规律。结果表明:超低温作用下LNG储罐外壁温度分布由内而外呈线性分布,罐壁的温度分布比较均匀;低温作用罐壁的变形比理想状态增大很多,且随内外温差的增大变形有所增长。
When the tinplate lining of LNG storage tank divulging , temperature difference is produced between internal and external wall of outer tank for cryogenic liquid contecting with prestressed storage tank. Total structure interal force influented under temperature difference of ultra low temprtature caused is analyzed, temperature distribregulation and morphing regulation of outer wall under ultra low temperature is obtained . Result displaying : temperature distributed of outer wall of LNG storage tank under ultra low temperature displays linearity from insider to outside and equal, Morphing of tank wall under low temperature is much big than that under ideral sitation , and morphing increasing by raising of temperature difference.
