摘要
简述焦化废水的来源、特点及A/A/O工艺处理焦化废水的基本原理。结合工程实际介绍了某焦化厂A/A/O工艺处理焦化废水的工艺流程及运行中的主要影响要素。配度值在pH=(0.7~7.5),温度25℃~35℃,溶解氧DO:A池<0.5 mg/L,O池在(2~4)mg/L左右的情况下,挥发酚、氰化物、COD、氨氮去除率分别达到99.9%、99.5%、97.1%、95.2%。运行结果可使出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。
Sources and characteristics of coking wastewater and basic principles of coking wastewater treatment by A/A/O Process are brief introduceol. A / A / O Process for Treatment of coking wastewater flow in a plant and the main effective factors during operation with the reference of practices also are introducted. In the condition of pH (7.0 - 7.5 ), temperature 25℃ - 35 ℃, dissoved oxygen DO : Apool of 〈 0. 5 mg/L, O pool 2 - 4 mg/L or so cases, The volatile phenol, cyanide, COD, ammonia nitrogen removal rates are separeteey 99.9% , 99.5%, 97.1%, 95.2%. The effluent quality will achieved the primaryt standard according to" Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB 8978--1996).
