The Application of Performance Appraisal in the Hospital Distribution System

摘要 目的了解绩效考核在医院分配中的作用。方法通过建立绩效考核指标体系,对医院分配实行院科两级考核。结果弥补了以经济指标为主的奖金分配制度的不足,达到了提高医院管理的目的。结论绩效考核体系实施以来,我院取得了一定的成绩,进行持续性考核才能使医院管理更上一层楼。 Objective To know the function of performance appraisal in the hospital distribution. Methods Hospital and Section 2-grade Assessment was implemented in the distribution of hospitals through the estabhshment of performance evaluation index system. Results Performance appraisal made up the deficiency of prize distribution system with economics as main indicator and achieved the purpose of improving hospital management. Conclusion Since the implementation of periormance appraisal system, our hospital has made some achievements, but continuous assessment should be implemented, in order to enable a higher level of hospital management.
