运用SWOT分析法对大型综合性民营医院建院初期护理系统进行综合分析,民营医院的护理管理有其独特的优势,也有很大的劣势,在当今医疗卫生事业改革和医学模式的变革中充满了机遇,但也有来自不同方面的威胁。作为民营医院的护理管理者,必须正确认识到护理管理的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,并且要做到发挥优势、克服劣势、把握机会、化解威胁,这样才能保证民营医院的护理系统在激烈的医疗市场竞争中与其他类型医院同步发展,并能保持自身的竞争优势。

SWOT method was used to analyze the nursing care system of a large general private hospital in the initial stage of establishment. The nursing management of private hospitals had its unique advantages and great disadvantages at the same time. There were full of opportunities and also had threats from different aspects in the current situation of the medical and health service reform and medical model transformation. As nursing managers of a private hospital,they should p^perly recognize the strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and try to achieve advantages and overcome weaknesses, grasp opportunities and defuse threats, so as to ensure that the nursing systems of private hospitals could keep up with the development of hospital and maintain its own competitive advantages in the fierce health care market competition.
