对手术室护士术前访视认知情况的调查

Investigation of the recognition of operating room nurses about preoperative visiting

目的了解手术室护士对开展术前访视相关内容的认知状况。方法对180名手术室护士进行术前访视的基本认知、影响开展术前访视的相关因素及开展术前访视所需的支持因素等相关内容的认知情况的问卷调查。结果手术室护士对"有必要开展术前访视"条目的认知得分最高,影响因素中"工作负荷过重"得分最高,支持因素中"加强专业知识培训"得分最高。不同工作年限、不同职称的护士相关知识得分差异具有统计学意义。结论手术室护士基本能够明确开展术前访视的必要性及重要意义,在术前访视的实际工作中应积极发挥资历深、工作经验丰富的护士的优势。

Objective To explore the recognition of operating room nurses about preoperative visiting. Method A total of 180 operating room nurses were investigated with a questionnaire about the basic knowledge,influencing factors,and support factors about preoperative visiting. Results Of all items in basic knowledge ,the score of ＂the necessity of preoperative visiting＂ was the highest. The highest in influencing factors was ＂overloading work＂ and the highest in supporting factors was ＂strengthening special knowledge training＂. There was significant difference among nurses with different professional titles and work experi- ence. Conclusion Operating room nurses have a basic and clear recognition about the necessity and significance of preoperative visiting. Nurses with higher professioned titles and rich work experience should play an active role in the preoperative visiting.
