Review of main problems and coutermeasures of humanistic education among hospital nurses

医院护士人文素质教育中存在的主要问题包括:对人文素质教育的重要性认识不足;师资队伍自身知识结构不均衡;人文素质教育的内容、方法和评价体系不完善。通过提高认识;加强师资力量培训;优化培训课程结构;探索灵活多样的培训方法和评价方法;积极营造富有人文精神的氛围和环境等相应措施。以实现护理科学与护理人文精神的结合,促进现代护理的发展。

This paper reviewed the main problems of nurses humanistic education such as lack of awareness about the importance of humanistic education, unbalance of knowledge structure of teacher staff,imperfectness of contents, methods, and evaluation systems of humanistic education. According to these prob- lems,a series of countermeasures were put forward to achieve the combination of nursing science and nursing humanistic spirit,including enhancing awareness, strengthening teachers training,optimizing training course structures, exploring various training methods and evaluation methods, actively creating an atmosphere and environment full of humanistic spirit.
