加强医院护理环节质量管理的实践与体会

The practice and experience of strengthening nursing link quality management

目的进一步规范和完善医院的环节质量管理模式。方法组建护理管理组织,健全环节质量管理制度,制订环节质量考核标准,改革检查督导方式。结果出院病人满意度和危重病人护理质量均提高(P<0.01);护理人员在护理器具创新方面的积极性得到激励。结论规范环节质量模式和检查方法有利于调动临床护士的积极性,有利于护理质量的持续改进。

Objective To further standardize and improve the link quality management model. Methods A nursing management organization was established, the criteria of link quality evaluation were developed, and the methods of checking and supervision were reformed. Results The satisfaction of discharged patients and the quality of critical patients nursing were increased （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the enthusiasm of instruments innovation among nurse staff were inspired considerably. Conclusions This link quality management model is beneficial to mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses and continuously improve the quality of nursing.
