摘要
目的探讨引导性音乐想象技术对缓解实习早期本科护生压力的效果。方法 2008年6月至8月便利抽取北京市两所护理学院毕业实习本科护生共77名,分成干预组(n=39)和对照组(n=38),干预组进行为期4周的音乐治疗,于干预前、干预后1周、1个月采用实习护生压力量表进行测评。结果两组本科护生干预1周后的心理压力得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预1个月后,心理压力中3项因子,即工作性质和内容、患者的情况、教学安排的得分,以及总均分在两组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引导性音乐想象技术能够降低本科实习护生的心理压力。
Objective To evaluate the effects of the directed music imagery technique to relieve the stress of undergraduate nursing students in early clinical practice period. Methods Seventy - seven subjects were selected by convenient sampling from two nursing school in Beijing and were divided into two groups : the control group ( n = 38 ) and the expariment group ( n = 39 ). The experimental group received a four - week directed music imagery therapy. The students'stress were performed before the intervention, one week and one month after the intervention by using Nursing Students' Stress Scale (NSSS). Results After one week of intervention, the experiment group had lower stress score than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). After 1 month of intervention, the total score of the stress scale and the subscores of 3 factors of the experiment group, namely the nature and content of work, the condition of patients, and the arrangement of teaching, were lower than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The directed music imagery technique can relieve the stress of nursing students in early clinical practice period.
