吉林森工集团是我国东北国有林区组建的第一个森林工业集团,该集团运行4年来,效果明显,效益显著。他们的经验是:合理定位,确定发展战略;抓大放小,强化资本经营;减员增效,实施转岗工程;立体开发,调整产业结构,等等。给其它森工企业树立了典型,并带来有益的启示。
Jilin Forest Industry Group Corporation was the first one in the North-east in China.It has operated for more than four years,economic benefit has been raising.The tak- ing measurements of Jilin Forest Industry Group Corporation included rationally positioning, making development strategy,holding big issues and relaxing small,strengthening capital management,reducing employee and raising economic benefits,and adjusting industry struc- ture,which set an example to others.
