本文从毕业实训实践教学日常管理的角度出发,围绕提高实训教学效果,从六大方面阐述网站设计实训方向的管理方法;同时,介绍我院"3+1"教学模式对学生的毕业设计和就业所起到的作用。实践证明高质量实训可以提高学生就业质量,提高就业能力。

In this paper, the daily management of practice teaching point of view, from the six areas, set out some practical training for graduates of some management practices. I graduated from Training School 3 ＋ 1 teaching mode is very critical and important part of graduation of students and employment have laid a solid foundation. Training effects of a direct impact on the quality of employment of students. Therefore how to improve the quality of the practical training is the common aspiration of Training teachers.
