银杏活脑胶囊对大鼠缺血性脑卒中ET、CGRP、NSE和神经凋亡细胞的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Yinxinghuonao capsule on ET, CGRP, NSE and apoptosis neurocyte in rats with cerebral ischemic

摘要 目的探讨银杏活脑胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的作用机制。方法采用大脑中动脉栓塞模型,随机将大鼠分为银杏活脑胶囊组、缺血性卒中组、尼莫地平组和假手术组4组各10只,观察各组大鼠用药前后血清中内皮细胞素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(cGRP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量和脑细胞凋亡细胞的变化。结果银杏活脑胶囊组血浆中ET显著低于缺血性卒中组、尼莫地平组(t=3.2219、P〈0.01;t=12.84、P〈0.01),显著高于假手术组(t=33.84、P〈0.01);NSE显著低于缺血性卒中组、尼莫地平组(t=2.2354、P〈0.05;t=11.92、P〈0.01),显著高于假手术组(t=2.5l、P〈0.05);降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)显著高于缺血性卒中组、尼莫地平组(t=3.20、P〈0.01;t=10.48、P〈0.01),显著低于假手术组(t=8.51、P〈0.01)。缺血性卒中组凋亡细胞数〉尼莫地平组凋亡细胞数〉银杏活脑组凋亡细胞数〉假手术组凋亡细胞细胞数。结论银杏活脑胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的机制可能与升高血中CGRP、降低ET、延缓神经细胞凋亡有关。 Objective To study the mechanism of Yinxinghuonao capsule on cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS). Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into a Yinxinghuonao capsule group, a cerebral ischemic group, a sham operated group, and a Nimodipine group, 10 rats in each group. The apoptosis cell population and contents of endothelial cell (EC), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), and neuronspecific enolase (NES)were observed after medication. Results The contents of ET and NSE in the Yinxing Huonao capsule group were less than the cerebral ischemic group and the Nimodipine group, but more than the sham operated group; the content of CGRP in the Yinxing Huonan capsule group was more than the Nimodipine group and the cerebral ischemic group, but less than the sham operated group. The number of apoptosis neurocytes showed a decreasing tendency in the cerebral ischemic group, the Nimodipine group, the YinXing Huonao group and the sham operated group. Conclusion The mechanism of treating cerebral arterial thrombosis with Yinxing Huonao capsule may lies in its functions of increasing CGRP, decreasing ET and delaying apoptosis ofneurocytes.
