布渣叶水提物抗炎作用的实验研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨布渣叶水提物的抗炎作用。方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及腹腔注射醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高实验,观察布渣叶水提物对炎症反应的影响。结果布渣叶水提物高、中剂量组对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显抑制作用(F=3.620,P〈0.05);而布渣叶水提物高、中、低剂量组均能抑制由醋酸引起的组织毛细血管通透性增加,与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(F=2.232,P〈0.05)。结论布渣叶水提液具有抗急性炎症作用。 Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of water-extract of microcos paniculata, and to provide scientific experimental evidence for clinical applications. Methods Various inflammatory models, including the swelling of ear induced by xylene and the permeability increase of capillary induced by acetic acid in mice were used to explore the anti-inflammatory of water-extract of Microcos Paniculata. Results High and middle doses of microcos panieulata could significantly inhibit ear edema, and all the three doses of mierocos paniculata could significantly inhibit the permeability increase of capillary permeability. Conclusion The water-extract of microcos paniculata has significant anti-inflammatory effect.
