母婴ABO血型不合可导致多种新生儿疾病甚至死亡，部分核黄疸幸存儿的智力发育多受到影响。本文综述了母婴ABO血型不合的病因病机、孕前期和妊娠期中医药治疗的方法及其疗效。

Maternal-fetal ABO blood type incompatibility is an autoimmune disease. This disease can lead to miscarriage, stillbirth, children edema, early-onset neonatal jaundice, hemolytic anemia, kernieterus and neonatal death, etc. The author overviewed the etiology and pathogenesis of Maternal--fetal ABO blood type incompatibility, as well as the TCM therapeutic methods and effects in treating this disease at pre-pregnaney period and pregnancy.
